The Rider:
This activity requires you to be experienced in horse riding and fit enough to enjoy and take advantage of this ride. You should be a competent rider, at ease at all paces, capable of riding confidently over varying terrain for several hours at a stretch. It is not essential to be a skilled horseman; both good riders and less experienced riders will find horses suited to their abilities and character. However, it is important that you are fit and able for the sometimes long hours in the saddle.
Horses
The horses we are going to ride are Argentinian Criollo horses – notorious for their intelligence, unequaled stamina, speed, and maneuverability. We ride with the typical gaucho saddles. You will adapt quickly as they are very comfortable especially for long rides.
