Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw;

• be unworn, unused, and in their original condition;

• include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;

• not show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfumes, or alterations.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the product has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof that they have been sent back, where applicable), using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

Original standard shipping charges will also be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery charges for premium or express shipping services are non-refundable. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Bulgarian consumer legislation.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to request your body measurements and, if needed, help you determine the correct size.

2. Handmade Production

Your garment is individually handcrafted by local tailors using traditional techniques and natural materials.

Production time: 2–4 weeks

3. Shipping

Once your garment is completed, it is carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched.

Estimated delivery time:

• Bulgaria: 1–3 business days

• European Union: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email together with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for orders shipped outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Information

Because each garment is handcrafted specifically for you after receiving your measurements, production begins only after your measurements have been confirmed.
