At Bronco Wild Club, we take pride in offering carefully handcrafted garments inspired by Bulgaria's rich cultural heritage. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with Bulgarian and European consumer legislation.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw;
- be unworn, unused, and in their original condition;
- include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;
- not show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfumes, or alterations.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the product has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof that they have been sent back, where applicable), using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original standard shipping charges will also be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery charges for premium or express shipping services are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Bulgarian consumer legislation.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
